Standards of Practice
To be a licensed home inspector in Kentucky it is required to choose one of two sets of Standards of Practice from either InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) or ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). Most inspectors go well beyond the scope of the set standards.
